Tracking Your DBS Application Online

Once your DBS application has been submitted your application goes through a number of stages, occasionally delays can occur during these stages which are out of our control. You can easily track your DBS application to see what stage your application is on and to also see if there are any delays.

Stage 1 – Application Received
Stage 2 – Police National Computer Search
Stage 3 – Assemble Certificate
Stage 4 – Certificate Issued/Dispatched
Stages of you application (Standard & Enhanced)
Stage 1 – Application Received
Stage 2 – Police National Computer Search
Stage 3 – Child & Adult Barring List & List 99 Search where applicable (Enhanced Only)
Stage 4 – Additional Police Checks (Enhanced Only)
Stage 5 – Certificate Issued/Dispatched
